Exhibitors

• Registration forms must be accompanied by a check for the full amount of booth rental.  Deadline is February 29, 2012. 
• Booth Confirmation will be sent to exhibitors prior to the show by mail or e-mail. 
• Booth Setup is scheduled from Noon to 8:00pm on Friday, April 13, 2012. Exhibitors MUST register with Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association booth prior to setting up their booth. Booths must be complete and exhibitors must be out of the building by 8:00pm Friday. (Those exhibitors who have not turned in certificates of proof of insurance will not be allowed to setup their booth without the certificate. No exceptions and no refunds of booth rental.) 
• Booth during show must be manned by exhibitor.
• Incoming Items - No exhibitor may ship items via commercial carrier to the Kiwanis 4-H Ice Center prior to or during the show.
• Insurance - Exhibitor must provide certificate of insurance naming the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association as an additional insured. Exhibitor's Registration Form will not be processed without this document. Exhibitor shall present proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 as will protect exhibitor from claims which may arise out of or result from the activities of the exhibitor.
• Exhibitor Entrance and parking will be on the east side of the Kiwanis 4-H Ice Center. This area is to be used by all exhibitors for parking and the designated entrance is to be used before, during and after the show. Any exhibitor equipment parked in the main parking lots to the front and west of the building may be subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
• Exhibit Removal will be Sunday, April 15, 2012 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.  No displays may be removed before 4:00 on that Sunday.
• Not Directly Related to Home Building & Improvement Exhibitors -  A limited number of exhibit booths will be available in the front area of the building.&nb These booths are for the display of products and services consistent with the Home Show theme, but not directly related to home building and improvement.  All applications for exhibit booths in this area will be reviewed and must be approved by the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association Home Show Committee for participation in the 2012 Home Show.  All decisions made by the Home Show Committee will be final.
